Whether one’s needs are medication administration assistance, pre-pouring medications so they can be taken according to a prescribed schedule, or assistance with chronic disease management, LWS registered nurses can help. Our team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, social workers and nutritionists can help you gain strength, maintain or regain mobility, improve your nutritional status, and provide other health assessments such as home safety and independent living skills. LWS can be your personal health advocate by coordinating your health services. We work with individuals, assigned healthcare proxies, physicians, insurers and other resources to determine eligibility for benefits. We also facilitate a total wellness approach for a seamless provision of services.

Upon consent, LWS will work with physicians to obtain needed prescriptions for services and provide vital communication so that decisions can be made based on accurate and up to date health information.
Navigating the healthcare system can be daunting, but with our expertise, we can assist in acquiring the right customized services. In some cases, if the client qualified, services may be at no cost. Payment for services rendered can be remitted directly by LWS. We also accept some private insurance and can partner to work with Medicare and Medicaid.
